Living The Passion

It's 1 o'clock in the morning as I've started writing this post. We just came from an event that me and my sister-in-law catered. It wasn't easy! Surely it's not walk in the park. Since we just started venturing into event organizing business.

Anyway it's not about the business itself that I'm stating with this post. But if you have a business that you love, you should certainly have no regret doing it. So here it goes.

Since yesterday I was contemplating on writing another blog about passion. Whenever I think about passion, this friend of mine always flash in my head. Her nickname was "Zai Red".

I already mentioned her in my previous post, see Pursuing Your Passion While In the Corporate World. I was too happy for her on arriving on the situation she's in right now. We were having this conversation about career and passion several months ago. It's like a balancing act between doing what you love and the idea of staying on her job.

Did you ever have the idea of starting something you're passionate about? Making people happy when you bake that finest cake, satisfying your client in the products you sell, getting the perfect smile in your photography, mind boggling your client in the art you designed, inspiring readers by your writings and amazing your audience when you sing that song. And one day you suddenly quit them. Why? Is it because you don't make it for a living or there are other more reason behind it?

Well read this clear, if you really love them come and push it. There's no harm on doing what you love. But patience, hardwork and discipline are essential. Specially if that's make you very happy.

Another friend of mine shared the humble beginning on how the famous band in the Philippines "Parokya ni Edgar" started. He told that the band was just making music out of love without even thinking of the money. They just wanted their music to be appreciated by the people; suddenly waking up one morning they were making a living out of it. These were just one of the million of great stories out there.

Some job make us inhuman, we're not robots right? we have feeling and love for what we do. If you're in that situation right now, start by making a baby step, do research, study on short courses about what you're passionate about. You have the power to do that just believe you can do it. Save some of your earning to get started. Plan it very well and trust your instinct.

I feel very happy for her and may she serve as inspiration to pursue your passion too. If you don't knew her yet you can try view her works on her profile here>>. A very passionate writer of romantic novels.

Romantic pocket books was her art. She was ruthless on pursuing on writing about it. I just don't know if she's obsess or what.

She's a vampire if you talk about her sleeping habits. She can write 3 books in a short period of time. I don't know how she did it but she did.

You may check his works in any Precious Pages Outlet in SM Malls.

The main purpose of writing this post is not for promotion but the idea of giving hope that you can do what you're passionate about.

Living for a purpose of love, doing the job out of love will makes you feel having no job at all.

Sometimes it take a shift of mind that our daily life should work that way. May you pursue yours and stretch does arms and legs to follow your heart.

If you found this inspirational please feel free to join me on the journey to living out loud and the freedom to do your thing.
